QR codes and Barcodes are used to find / filter items in a database. Typically using a digital reader to read a Barcode or a QR code on a machine, or on a shelf in a stockroom, to be directed to the correct location of that item in your maintenance system.
QR actions initiates activities in your maintenance system when using the QR scanner in the phone app. It could be opening a selection, creating a workorder, or starting the report guide when you report without having a workorder. Read more here.
You can´t use a QR action to initiate a withdrawal.
