How do I create a QR action?

QR actions can be used for various functions within the system, allowing for easier and quicker navigation. They can be configured to perform actions such as:

Opening a specific selection
Starting the reporting guide
Launching the order guide for a specific job category

Steps to create a QR-action:

1. Open system settings and navigate to "QR action."
2. To modify an existing QR action, double-click on it.
3. To create a new one, press "Add."

4. Enter the desired name for the QR action. This name will be displayed as a header on the printout.
5. If the QR action is for opening a selection, specify which selection it should open.
6. To start the order guide, enter the applicable job category. This will enable the QR action to initiate the order guide on the selected object.
7. To start the report guide, select this option. The QR action will trigger the report guide for the chosen object.
8. Once you’ve configured the QR action, click "OK" to save it.
