The new user is not receiving an invitation email, what should I do?

To resolve the issue, begin by clearing the cache on the computer used to send the invitation. For detailed instructions, please follow the guide available here.
Once you have cleared the cache, do the following:
1. Open the personal card and deny the user access. 
2. Invite the person as a user to MaintMaster again. 

If the problem remains after following these steps, please contact MaintMaster support.
