When signing in with SSO/AD, you are no longer using our sign-in service. You can verify if the connection is active for your account, but the sign-in function is managed by your IT department
This is how you verify if SSO is enabled
To check if SSO is enabled in MaintMaster, follow the steps below:
1. Launch the MaintMaster application on a computer.
2. Enter the email address as the username. The person must be a registered user in MaintMaster.
3. Click "Next."
If SSO is properly configured for the user, step 3 will display a confirmation box.
If this box does not appear, it means the email address is not connected to your SSO.
First, confirm with your IT department that the person is linked to your SSO and that the email address is correct.
