How do I use the function Date Difference?

If you need to compare different date columns and view statistics, this is an easy way to do it.

Log in to admin client

1. Go to Settings and System settings
2. Go to Selections and choose "Table providers"
3. Double click on jobs

4. Click "Add" and select "Date difference"

5. Configure the settings based on what you want to measure:

  • Column name – The label you’ll use to find and add this field to a selection.

  • Column – The date column the system will use for the comparison.

  • Compare value – What to compare against:

    • Date column – Choose another date column from the system.

    • Today, Now, or Fixed date – Compare to the current date/time or a specific date.

7. Click "OK" to save.
8. Add your new column to any selection where you want to see the results.
