How to create a new selection:
1. Go to "System Settings
2. Select "Selections"
3. Click "Add" and choose the type of selection you want to create.
4. Give the new selection a name
5. Add a description for the selection. Explain what the selection contains so that your colleagues clearly understand the type of information they can expect to find.
6. Add an icon and select a selection group. If a selection group is not selected, this selection will not be shown in the menu.
7. Add the role or user that is going to access see selection
8. Go to the tab "Output columns"
9. Add which columns to display, to display all available options, click and then press ‘ALT + down arrow’ on the keyboard
10. The columns will appear in the preview, and you can use the arrows to change their order. 
11. Go to "Conditions" tab
12. We use conditions to filter information. In the example in the image, we want to filter the information by job status.
13. The selected conditions will appear in the list. You can set more than one condition.
14. Each condition has an opposite. We can either include or exclude information.
15. Check the box to select which information should be displayed, for example, "Started." The selection will now only show jobs with the status "Started."
Some common conditions:
Status -> Include specific records -> (Chosen status) = will only show jobs with the specific status you selected
Category -> Include specific records -> (Chosen category) = will only show jobs in the selected category/category's
Start date -> In dynamic date interval -> (Chosen interval) = Will only display jobs within the date period.
