I can´t add a spare part to the purchase order? 

Spare parts cannot be added to purchase orders if they are not linked to a supplier. Connect the spare part to a supplier to make it selectable.

Problem Description

The issue is that when attempting to add a spare part to a purchase order, the spare part is not available or cannot be selected.

Cause

This occurs because the spare part is not linked to a supplier. Only spare parts connected to a supplier can be added to purchase orders.

Solution

  1. Log in to the system (Admin client)
  2. Navigate to Spare Parts
  3. Search for and open the relevant spare part
  4. Go to the Supplier section
  5. Link the spare part to the correct supplier
  6. Save the changes

Verification

  1. Go back to the purchase order
  2. Try adding the spare part again
  3. Confirm that the spare part is now available and can be added
