Why do I get the error "invalid character"?
If MaintMaster detects an unreadable character, you won’t be able to export the selected information to Excel. This invalid character typically appears in a text or numeric field and often arises when content is copied into MaintMaster.
To locate the invalid character, follow these steps:

Select a small batch of rows at a time and attempt to export them to Excel. Repeat until you find the row containing the invalid character.

Manually re-enter the information in the relevant fields and save the changes.
