By utilizing the order point function, the system can assist in calculating when a spare part should be purchased
Follow these steps to set an order point for an item/spare part:
1. Open a item/spare part card.
2. In the "Order point" field, enter the minimum balance you'd like to maintain, plus one extra.
For example, if you set the order point to 5, the system will notify you once the balance falls below this number.
3. Click "Save and close."
4. Now, when the balance drops below the order point, the item/spare part will appear in the "Time to order" selection.
