How do I to set a shortcut as the default?
To avoid an extra login step, you can create a new Windows shortcut that takes you directly to the MaintMaster CMMS shortcut interface.
To log in directly via the MaintMaster shortcut, we recommend creating a “dummy” user account. If you don’t have a spare email address, you can create an alias or register a new one (for example, via Gmail or as your IT).
Follow these steps:
Create a user account that has no system access and the lowest possible permissions. Make sure not to use an existing user’s email address.
Create a “dummy” user
- Log in to MaintMaster
- Create and invite the “dummy” user
-
Confirm the account using the invitation email
