How do I see how many objects an item/spare part is linked to?

You can link a spare part to an object in the system. This association is visible on the the Item card, or through a selection.

You can check this in two different ways: 

1. Via the item/spare part card
2. Via a selection

 

 

Via the item/spare part card

1. Open an item
2. Go to tab Site objects
3. This is the site objects that is linked to the item/spare part
4. If you want to add site objects you press "Select records" and if you want to remove you press "Remove from list"

Via a selection

1. Go to settings - system settings
2. Go to selections

3. Press Add
4. Choose Relations - Site object to spare part relations

5. Now you see all relations between site objects and items/spare parts
6. If you drag the column spare part to the field you easier see all the site objects for each item/spare part.(If you want that column to stay you can go by tab Grouping and sorting and use grouping for column Spare part)
7. You can also add a filter setting to the selection, if you want to search for the site objects easier in the selection

In that case you can find the site object in the list and then see all the items/spare parts
