Log in to the admin client and follow these steps:
1. Open the object to which you want to add spare parts.
2. Go to the Items/spare parts tab
3. Click "Select records"
4. Search for your spare part
5. When you find it in the list, double-click it
6. The spare part will then appear in the list below
7. Close the card
8.The spare part will appear in the list below
9. Save and close the card
