How do I create and save a KPI value?

MaintMaster lets you define KPIs that store values on a schedule and display them in a selection. Below is how to set this up and where to view the results.

1. Create the KPI
2. Save the KPI value
2. Show saved values in a selection


 

Create KPI

1. Open Settings and System settings
2. Choose KPI:s
3. Click on "Add new"

4. Select the selection you want to gather the KPI from

Save the KPI value

1. Open Settings and System settings
2. Go to KPI´s and open an KPI
3. Go to the History tab, configure how and when values should be saved (e.g., frequency, scope).

4. Open Settings and System Settings
5. Go to Selections
6. Click Add - and choose Information tables -> Sample aggregations

7. Go to the tab Output columns
8. Add the column KPI 
9. Save and close.KPI 6

You now have a selection that displays the values saved from your KPIs. If you have multiple saved KPIs, add a condition to narrow the results.
