How do I create a job via the Report guide?

The Report Guide walks you through each step of creating a job, reporting time, withdrawing spare parts, and completing the job.

All job guides are accessible through every interface. In this example we are signed in to the administrative client, buy you have the same guide in the App/web client.


1. You will find the report button in the toolbar

2. Select the relevant object for the job (using picture navigation or the drop-down list).
3. Click "Next"

4. Enter a caption for the job
5. Select the category
6. Select the priority
7. Click "Next"

8. Write a description of the job
9. Specify the "duration" of the work
10. If the job was performed on a different day, fill in the appropriate date.
11. Click "Next"

12. If the object was down during the time the work, fill in the downtime.
13. Click "Next"

14. If you used items/spare parts for the work, add and withdraw them from the job.
15. Click "Next"

16. Choose how to proceed with the job:

  • Keep the job open
  • Set the job as done
  • Complete the job

17. Finally, click "Finish"

You have now successfully created a job using the Report Guide.
