How do I automatically connect spare parts to site objects when they are withdrawn?

You can enable an automatic function that links withdrawn spare parts directly to the site object they were taken from. This applies to all spare parts and site objects and may take up to 24 hours to activate after setup.

Steps to activate:

1. Go to System settings and Site objects
2. Click "Automatic spare part relation settings..."
3. Check the box "Enable automatic spare part relations to site objects"
4. Select "As they are withdrawn"
5. Mark "All items/Spare parts"
6. Click "OK"


Once enabled, Maintmaster will automatically create relations between withdrawn spare parts and their corresponding site objects.
