See when a spare part has been inventoryed

5. Name the selection and provide a description.
6. Go to the "Conditions" tab.

add a condition to the selection

7. Search for the column "Inventoried taken at."
8. Set the condition to "Not in dynamic date interval" and select "Last 365 days."
9. Click "Save and close."

This selection will now display only items that haven't been inventoried in the last 365 days. Once an item is inventoried, it will no longer appear on the list until 365 days have passed since its last inventory. Inventory changes are also recorded on the spare part card under the "History" tab.
