How do I re-invite a user who has been denied access?

If a user has previously been blocked, you can restore their access by unblocking their account. This allows them to sign in again.

 

Steps to restore access

  1. Go to System settings → Account.

  2. Find the blocked user in the list.

  3. Click "Unblock user".

Once unblocked, the user can sign in to the system again.
