How do i create a new order?

You can add a new order to start or track production by order number or batch number. Creating a new order automatically closes any currently open order and starts the new one.

Create a new order to start or track production by order number or batch number. Check first whether your company tracks production by order number or by batch number.

  1. Open the work centre, from PlantWatch or from the Order list.
  2. Click Create in the top right corner and choose New order.
  3. Enter the Order No.
  4. (Optional) Enter the planned production quantity in Planned Qty. It is only a target.
  5. Select the Work Centre.
  6. Select a Product.
  7. Click Save.
