What is Maintmaster IoT?

Maintmaster IoT integrates with myDevices to connect IoT sensor data with maintenance workflows in Maintmaster CMMS. The integration helps organizations monitor equipment conditions and automatically respond when predefined threshold values are exceeded. Notifications can be sent through email and SMS when configured.

Users can view current IoT sensor values directly in Maintmaster CMMS.
Examples of supported sensor values include:

  • Temperature
  • Humidity
  • Vibration
  • Pressure

Note: Available sensor values depend on the connected devices and system configuration.


View historical sensor data

Historical sensor data can be accessed through a web view in myDevices from within Maintmaster.

This makes it possible to:

Automatically create work orders

Maintmaster can automatically create work orders when configured sensor thresholds are exceeded.
