All job guides are accessible through every interface. Once a job is submitted, it is automatically routed to the appropriate group responsible for addressing the issue.
In this example we are signed in to the administrative client, buy you have the same guide in the App/web client.
1. Click on "Corrective Maintenance (CM)"
2. In the Selected site object field - Enter the site object you want to create a job against.
3. Click "Next"
4. Enter a caption
5. Click "Next"
6. Select a priority
7. Click "Next"
8. Enter a description of the fault.
9. Click "Finish"
Now you have created a job via one of the ordering guides.
